With a purchase of $99.00 or less, shipping runs at a flat rate of $9.99. If a discount or reward is applied to an order and the subtotal is under $99, shipping costs will still apply.
SHIPPING TIMES
Our warehouse ships from Southern California. This map shows the approximate time your order will arrive after it has shipped from our warehouse. Please allow 1-3 business days from fulfillment prior to shipping.

Please confirm your shipping information is correct at time of checkout. We cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed.
Our orders are packed and shipped during the week Monday – Friday. Please allow a fulfillment time 1-3 business days. Shipping time averages between 2-5 business days. Any orders placed on the weekends are processed on the following business day. For US holidays, there may be slight delays in order processing due to high volume. We advise ordering early if you anticipate an item during the holidays. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate payment information, your order may be delayed.
International Shipping
Currently we are not taking international orders through our website but please contact us directly via email at support@wickandwhisker.store if you are outside the United States and looking to order as we may be able to ship out separately for you. Please be aware International shipping costs will be higher on international orders.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We ship with carriers UPS and USPS for U.S. orders. Shipping usually takes 1-5 business days. We also offer local delivery serving the county of Orange, CA.
How can I check the status/ track my order?
We will keep you updated via email and send you your tracking information as soon as your order ships so you can check the status and estimated arrival. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please contact us immediately before your order fulfillment email is sent. If you’ve already received an email notifying you of order fulfillment, we cannot make changes or edit your order. You can contact us at support@wickandwhisker.store . Include your full name, order number, and NEW shipping address so we can attempt to edit your order before shipping.
I entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do? What happens if my package is returned to sender?
Please contact us via email at support@wickandwhisker.store immediately. If your order hasn’t already been processed, we may be able to change your shipping address.
Any package returned to sender due to incorrect address will be refunded. Addresses are automatically processed, therefore the address you provide at checkout will be the exact address on the shipping label. If you contact us for an address change, we will do our best to act quickly to update an incorrect address, however we cannot guarantee the order has not already been processed. Please double check order information before checkout!
If there is a problem with my shipment after shipping:
If your shipment is already en route, please please contact your courier as they may be able to reroute your order.
If my package shows delivered, but I have not received it?
If you received an email that your package was delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local UPS or USPS Post Office. Please note, sometimes orders show delivered but aren’t delivered until the next 4-6 business days.
What if my package shows delivered to a parcel locker/ held for pick up?
Most likely, USPS is holding it in a parcel locker at your local USPS Post Office. This usually happens if there's an issue finding your address or attempting delivery. Please reach out to your local USPS with your tracking number.
If your package is being held for pick-up at your local USPS Post Office, you can use your tracking link sent by us to retrieve your package.
My order never arrived. Lost or Stolen Shipments
Please file a UPS or USPS claim using your tracking link - https://www.usps.com/help/claims.html , https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page . Wick & Whisker does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages . We cannot refund or reship an order until a USPS or UPS claim has confirmed the package was not delivered. If your claim is submitted AND ruled in your favor, please send any Claim responses to us as and we will follow up with a refund for the package if the claim.
